NOTICE
In view of 16 contestants participating in the District 51 International Speech Contest, a run-off contest shall be held on May 15, 2003 at 7.30pm at the Mega Hotel, Miri, Malaysia. The highest placed three contestants from each run off contest shall compete at the District 51 International Speech Contest Finals on May 18, 2003 to be held at Mega Hotel.All contestants need to arrive early in Miri for the Run-Off Contest.
